Knowledge Cafe Hosted By David Gurteen and Raksha Sukhia gets mention in the Hong Kong Ming Pao newspaper in the Hong Kong Ming Pao newspaper

The recent Knowledge Cafe at KMAP 2006 conference and hosted by David Gurteen and Raksha Sukhia recieved mention along with the conferenc in Hong Kong's Ming Pao newspaper.
The cafe, which hosted about 60 participants, was split into two sections: the first session focused around barriers to the sharing while the second foucsed on ways to overcove those barriers.
Amongstht he many interesting and very animated dialogue that ensued, topics such as leadership behaviors, reward (the carrot versus the stick approach) and other issues of embedded organizational cutlture were discussed.
A provacative discussion around the need for forcing knowledge sharing to really make it happen in organizations and some lively debate occured.
Participants left the Cafe having had fun, with their views heard and with a deeper undersatnding of the challenges that lie before them in their KM programs.
